Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of the cream, the coffee, and cocoa powder. Gradually add the remaining cream, whisking continuously until smooth. Stir in the whiskey, vanilla, and condensed milk. Pour into a large, sealable container and refrigerate until ready to use. (It will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.)
