Once you have your filling prepared, it’s time to encase it in dumpling wrappers. You’ll need:
- 30 individual round dumpling wrappers
- Water (for sealing the dumplings)
- Start by placing a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water to help seal the dumplings.
- Fold the wrapper in half and crimp the edges to create a half-moon shape.
- Repeat this process until all the filling and wrappers are used.

- 1/4 cup of water
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Arrange the dumplings in the skillet, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Cook the dumplings for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover it immediately.
- Allow the dumplings to steam for 6-8 minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated.
- Remove the cover and continue cooking for another couple of minutes until the bottoms are crispy.
